Al has provided us with annual service checks for our heating and AC systems for the past 5 years. He is friendly, honest, and has expert knowledge of our systems. We highly recommend Al and Royal Comfort.

This company responds to a phone call right away, tries to fix the problem instead of pushing a replacement (the only company out of 6 companies I called who did this), installs new equipment with all available safety features, including heavy pan to catch water that may drip and clean-outs for water lines, answers questions over the phone, comes to install or repair within a week of your call, explains the service or install as they are doing it, and is very well trained.

Almir was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided all pertinent information regarding our heating system. He is a pleasure to work with, as is the entire staff. Royal Comfort Mechanical was professional, on time, knowledgeable about the repair and an install, did not push anything I didn't need, and came when three other companies would not return my call for a repair. Excellent knowledge and experience. Answered all my questions.

RCM replaced our water heater, furnace, AC, and other minor things around the house. Always there for us when we need them, literally a phone call away. Technicians are always professional, clean, friendly, and get the job done promptly. I highly recommended RCM to anybody.

Very pleased with the installation of our water heater. Russell was very professional and was early for the job and had the job done very quickly. Also showed me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I will certainly have Royal Comfort Mechanical do my next professional job.

We are at the beginning stages of getting a Generac Generator installed and have been contacted by a sub-contractor by the name of Luke Davidson Electrical and we are EXTREMELY satisfied at this early stage of his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile in answering ALL our questions. This gentleman ought to own his own business...oh wait! He does and it shows. I can't wait or him to start our project. FOUR GOLD STARS!!

Josh and his assistant were professional, courteous, informative very tidy with the installation of our new dishwasher. They were on time and kept us informed of the installation details. We will definitely call on them again.

We were very pleased with the speed, service, price and communication. "Royal Comfort was outstanding! They were quick and efficient and delivered exactly what we wanted. They kept us informed continuously of when they would be arriving and installed our new AC in less than 2 hours. We are very pleased and would highly recommend using them.".

We had purchased a new microwave and range and Royal Comfort provided the installation. Trent and Tristen (not sure of spelling) did the installation. Both arrived on-time and began work immediately. They completed the installation and testing in approximately an hour. Both Trent and Tristen were very courteous and professional. I will ask for them in the future.
